• One contact from quote to files

  You talk to the person who prepares the concept and the quote and leads the project until the files are delivered, so you never explain it to several people.

• Prices next to the scope

  Every package shows a starting price, a list of files and a timeline. Anything beyond the package is quoted before we start, not halfway through.

• 15% of the time, at least 2 rounds

  About 15% of the project time is reserved for revisions, so a bigger project has proportionally more room for changes. A small one still has a floor: every package includes at least 2 rounds of revisions.

• Files ready to use

  Logos as SVG, PDF, EPS and PNG, print in CMYK with bleed, websites in Figma, templates in Canva. Every file in a tidy folder.

• Rights once paid

  Once paid in full, we transfer the full economic rights to the design to you, together with the source files in the package.

• We design, we do not print

  We do not print or manufacture. We prepare files for the printer and manufacturer and, if you like, help you place the order.

• Websites with VulCode

  We design the website in Figma and the software house VulCode, whom we work with every day, builds it.

• Online or at your office

  We work in Polish and English, usually online. We can also come to your office for a meeting.

• How much do a logo and a brand identity cost?

  Logo design costs from 1,200 PLN net for one concept with a full set of vector files. A brand identity starts at 2,900 PLN for the Start package, and a full system with a brand book from 9,800 PLN. The scope of every package is described on the service page.

• How much does a website design cost?

  A website designed in Figma costs from 3,400 PLN net for up to 10 pages, from 7,900 PLN for up to 50 pages and from 14,900 PLN with no page limit. The price covers UX and visual design, and development is quoted separately by the software house VulCode.

• How long does a project take?

  A logo takes from 7-10 business days in the Start package to 14-21 days in Premium, a brand identity 3 to 8 weeks depending on the package, a website design from 3-4 weeks for up to 10 pages, and a reel edit 2 to 3 business days. You get a detailed schedule with milestones together with the quote.

• How many revisions are included?

  We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions, so a bigger project gets proportionally more time for changes. For example, in a 100-hour project about 15 hours are set aside for your feedback. On top of that, every package includes at least 2 rounds of revisions, so even a small project never ends after a single round of feedback.

• Who owns the rights to the design?

  Once the order is paid in full, we transfer the full economic rights to the design and hand over the source files. Licences for paid typefaces, stock photos or music are bought in your company name, and we advise which licence you need.

• Do you print materials or make merchandise?

  No. Aphrodi only designs: we prepare files ready for print and production and, if you like, help you place the order with a printer or manufacturer and check the proof. You pay for printing directly to the supplier.

• Do you build websites as well?

  We design websites in Figma. Development is done by the software house VulCode, whom we work with every day, or by your own developer, to whom we hand over the design and documentation.

• Do you work with clients outside Poland?

  Yes. We speak Polish and English and run projects remotely. Prices are quoted in PLN.
